Accessibility statement

The website aims to conform to level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2. Because of the known limitations listed below, the website is currently partially conformant.

The following measures support conformance:

• Every function can be operated with a keyboard.
• The focus indicator is always visible.
• Text and background contrast meets level AA.
• Motion is reduced when your system asks for reduced motion.
• Every image has a text alternative.
• The interactive section drawing has a layer of buttons behind it, navigable with the arrow keys. A live status line announces the selected floor.
• Form fields have labels, and error messages are linked to their fields.
• The page language is declared, and a skip link sits at the top of every page.
• Unit data are also available in a table beside the drawing.

The following content does not fully meet the requirements:

• The Google Maps embed is a third-party component we cannot alter. The address and a directions link are available as text.
• The floorplans are drawings, so a screen reader cannot read their content. The same information appears in the unit table, and we send it in another format on request.
• Downloadable PDF floorplans are drawings as well.

There is an accessible WC in the ground-floor common areas and on every office floor.

6 office lifts and 2 guest lifts serve the floors.
